Service Description
Storm Engine Hail Repair ("Storm Engine," "we," "us," or "our") provides paintless dent repair (PDR) services for vehicles damaged by hail storms. Our services include free hail damage inspections, insurance claim coordination, and professional vehicle repair. We operate as both a mobile service and through shop locations across our active markets.
SMS Program Description
When you provide your phone number through our website form, phone call, or in person, you may be enrolled in our SMS communication program. This program sends the following types of messages:
- Appointment confirmations — confirming your scheduled inspection date and time
- Inspection reminders — reminding you of an upcoming inspection appointment
- Repair status updates — notifying you when your vehicle enters repair, passes quality check, and is ready for pickup
- Review requests — a single message after your vehicle is delivered asking for feedback
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your repair timeline. A typical customer receives 4–8 messages over the course of their repair (confirmation, reminder, status updates, pickup notice, review request). You will not receive marketing or promotional messages.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Storm Engine is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.
Opt-Out
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts. Opting out of SMS does not cancel your repair appointment — we will contact you by phone instead.

Carrier Information
SMS messages are sent via Twilio. Supported carriers include all major US carriers. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Inspection and Repair
Hail damage inspections are provided at no cost. Repair estimates and timelines are provided after inspection and may vary based on damage severity, parts availability, and insurance authorization.
Insurance Coordination
We work directly with your insurance company to process your claim. You are responsible for your insurance deductible as determined by your policy. Storm Engine does not guarantee insurance approval or any specific payout amount.
Limitation of Liability
Storm Engine provides repair services on a best-effort basis. While we stand behind our work, we are not responsible for delays caused by insurance companies, parts suppliers, or weather events. Repair timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
